Over the years, I have achieved milestones that still stand today:

• I created and launched a knowledge-based competition event for sales and service experts in automotive retail, which has been running for more than 12 years.

• I built the foundation for service processes in automotive repair, still valid and in use today.

• I stood at the forefront of implementing digital tools for dealerships, helping transform the way they operate.

• I drove the transformation of training in automotive retail into online formats, pioneering virtual education long before it became standard.

• I was part of the development and global rollout of a customer-oriented approach to products and services.

• And I delivered all of this onsite – from South America, across Europe, to the Middle East and India.
  

Along the way, I became a certified trainer, coach, and professional moderator, always driven by the belief that true transformation starts with people. I combine systematic problem-solving, IT analysis, and business process expertisewith empathy and leadership, making measurable impact across OEMs, importers, and retail networks.

Today, I continue to deliver consulting services in IT, retail, and public administration, while also serving as a partner in a full-frame agency providing outsourcing solutions for businesses of all sizes.

Beyond business, I am proud to contribute to initiatives such as Česko.Digital and several charity projects focused on digital literacy and vulnerable communities.

My biggest source of pride, however, is my family and five sons, who remind me every day of what truly matters. And when it comes to passion, I find it in my small collection of Moto Guzzi motorcycles – more than just machines, they represent freedom, precision, and the timeless beauty of engineering. Whether riding across Europe or reflecting by the lake, they connect me back to the essence of who I am.
